Hotel Quality Ratings
The American Automobile Association (AAA) and Mobil Travil Guide rate hotels using specific criteria judged annually by anonymous inspectors. Many hotels exaggerate their rating by one diamond or star. To guard against that, we obtain the ratings directly from AAA and Mobil.

Mobil Travel Guide Stars
Hotels must offer a level of experience appropriate to the cost, based on the quality of such items as food, decor, comfort, amenities, service or a combination of the above. The Mobil ratings are slightly stricter than AAA ratings.
